- Ready to ship orders ship within 5 business days.                                                  - Custom made items or pre-orders will specify shipping times in their description.

 Custom/Personalized Items                                                                                     - Custom/personalized items will require a 50% deposit at time of order.  Final design must be approved by the customer.

Sales Tax                                                                                                                   - Sales tax will be charged when applicable.

Refunds + Exchanges                                                                                               - Due to our work and especially for those custom items, we do not accept returns unless there was an error on our end.
